The promotion is valid from 15th July 2026 until 11:59 p.m. on 31 December 2026, Malaysia time, except for the Car Insurance Renewal Campaign, which runs from 15 July 2026 to 15 August 2026.Eligibility
Customers must purchase or renew an eligible insurance policy through Kumpulan Spektra during the applicable promotion period.A transaction is considered successful only after the insurer accepts the application, full payment is received and the policy, certificate or cover note is issued.
Promotional benefits
a. Corporate Insurance
Customers who purchase or renew eligible corporate insurance through Kumpulan Spektra may receive up to ten 10% Car Insurance Renewal Discount Vouchers.
b. Travel Insurance
Customers who purchase eligible travel insurance through Kumpulan Spektra will receive one 5% Car Insurance Renewal Discount Voucher for their next eligible car insurance renewal.
Each insurer of the policy with get one voucher; for insurer under family package only 2 adults will get the voucher.
c. Car Insurance Renewal Campaign
Customers who successfully renew their car insurance through Kumpulan Spektra from 15 July to 15 August 2026 will receive:
A 10% promotional discount;
An additional RM5 renewal discount;
Another RM5 discount if the quotation takes longer than 10 minutes, subject to Clause 6; and
One entry into the lucky draw to win an RM500 Touch ’n Go eWallet voucher.
Voucher redemption
Corporate and Travel Insurance Discount Vouchers:
Are valid for an eligible car insurance renewal through Kumpulan Spektra;
Must be redeemed by 11:59 p.m. on 31 December 2026;
Are limited to one voucher per vehicle and renewal transaction;
Cannot be exchanged for cash or sold;
Cannot be combined with another voucher or promotion unless expressly permitted; and
Will expire automatically if unused by the stated expiry date.
Discounts do not apply to SST, stamp duty, road tax, JPJ charges, or other statutory charges.
Ten-minute quotation promise
The 10-minute period begins after Kumpulan Spektra receives all complete and accurate information required to prepare the quotation during its stated business hours.
The additional RM5 discount may not apply where a delay results from:
Incomplete, inaccurate or unclear information;
Manual underwriting or approval required from the insurer;
Technical interruptions affecting the insurer, JPJ or another third-party system; or
Circumstances beyond Kumpulan Spektra’s reasonable control.
The additional RM5 discount is redeemable only upon successful renewal through Kumpulan Spektra.
Lucky draw
Each successfully renewed and fully paid car insurance policy completed between 15 July and 15 August 2026 will receive one lucky-draw entry.
One winner will receive an RM500 Touch ’n Go eWallet voucher.
The winner will be selected randomly on 17th August 2026 and contacted through the telephone or WhatsApp number provided during the renewal process.
The winner must respond within 3 calendar days. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or does not meet the eligibility requirements, Kumpulan Spektra may select a replacement winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Touch ’n Go is not the organiser or sponsor of this promotion.
Cancellations and refunds
A cancelled, refunded, reversed, unsuccessful or fraudulent transaction will not qualify for any discount, voucher or lucky-draw entry.
Kumpulan Spektra may withdraw any promotional benefit issued under an ineligible or cancelled transaction.
Insurance conditions
All quotations, purchases and renewals are subject to the insurer’s underwriting requirements, applicable No Claim Discount, selected coverage, policy terms and final approval.
Insurance coverage begins only after payment is received and the relevant policy or cover note is issued.
Verification
Kumpulan Spektra may request documents or information to verify eligibility. Providing incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information may result in disqualification.
Changes to the promotion
Kumpulan Spektra may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws, insurer requirements and required approvals.
Any material changes will be communicated through Kumpulan Spektra’s official channels.
